SiC heating element

LEPE® SiC heating element is a rod-shaped and tubular non-metal high-temperature electric heating element made of high-purity green hexagonal silcarbide as the main raw material, processed into a billet at a certain ratio, and recrystallized and sintered at a high temperature of 2200 °C. The normal use temperature in the oxidizing atmosphere can reach up to 1450 ° C, and the continuous use time can reach 7000 hours.

MoSi2 heating element

LEPE® MoSi2 heating element can reach 1800°C under oxidizing atmosphere, suitable temperature 1000-1700°C.

Tungsten Products

Tungsten powder with purity greater than 99.95% can be used to produce tungsten wire, tungsten rod, tungsten plate, tungsten sheet, tungsten foil, tungsten crucible, etc. after high-temperature sintering. And also can produce a variety of tungsten parts after machining.

Molybdenum products

Molybdenum is a silvery white refractory metal. Molybdenum has a melting point of 2620 ° C, a boiling point of 5560 ° C, and a density of 10.2g /cm3. It is easily oxidized at normal temperature. Molybdenum has a high hardness and a Mohs hardness of 5 to 5.5. The heat of vaporization of molybdenum at the boiling point is 594kJ/mol; the heat of fusion is 27.6±2.9kJ/mol; and the heat of sublimation at 25 ° C is 659kJ/mol. Molybdenum can increase the high temperature strength and toughness of steel.

    How to choose the right electric heating element?

    The electric heating elements produced by our company mainly include silcarbide electric heating elements, molybdenum disilicide electric heating elements and tungsten molybdenum products. The silcarbide electric heating element is suitable for use in a high temperature environment of 0-1400 °C. The silmolybdenum rod is suitable for use in a high temperature environment of 1200 ° C - 1800 ° C, and is most suitable for an oxidizing atmosphere. Molybdenum wire is suitable for use under vacuum or inert atmosphere protection below 1800 °C and not for oxidizing atmosphere. Tungsten wire is suitable for use under vacuum or inert atmosphere protection below 2500 ° C, not for oxidizing atmosphere.
